1. You should have Gmail Account before starting. If you don't have make one. Open www.blogger.com and put Gmail username and password and hit Enter key.
2. After signing into blogger, you will see option "Create a Blog" Click on it.
3. Now you have to fill up some fields with respected information like, Title and Address. Title describes your blog and Address will be the name of your blog. like if your blog is related to technology then you can write title technology and address can be like.. "techseoblogging" .blogspot.com
4. There are no. of free templates available, you have to select one of them and then click on button " Create Blog.
5. Your blog is created and you can open it in any web browser by the address you have given at the time of creation. like www.techseoblogging.blogspot.com
